The construction of a multi-family building with 8 dwellings and a basement garage was carried out on the second line of the seafront of Playa de en Bolsa. With a desire to continue with the image of Ibizan and vernacular architecture, but within a more urban context such as the area of Pere Matutes street, a building is designed with a ground floor plus three floors, where each of the floors has a view of the Mediterranean Sea.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a toilet, generous dwellings are planned, with communal spaces with a swimming pool to be able to participate in the life of the neighbourhood.

With two dwellings per floor, the flats offer tranquillity and a generous living area. The 8 dwellings have private terraces, with large terraces on the ground floor and, on the third floor, a private access to the roofs that can be walked on.

The façade has been designed with exterior insulation to increase energy efficiency, in Ibizan white, and a plinth on the ground floor in traditional island stone.
